Does the Cabin Max Metz 30L fit Ryanair's cabin bag?

Yes, just. Exactly the limit on at least one side. A bulging pocket would push it over. It's too big for Ryanair's personal item (6 cm too wide). On Ryanair's cheapest fare the cabin bag costs extra.
