Does the Peak Design Travel Backpack 45L fit easyJet's cabin bag?

Yes, just. Exactly the limit on at least one side. A bulging pocket would push it over. It's too big for easyJet's personal item (11 cm too long). On easyJet's cheapest fare the cabin bag costs extra.
