Cabin bag: Paid add-on, or included with FLEXI / Plus fares. Up Front and Extra Legroom seats no longer include it.
Personal item: Free under-seat bag on every fare, including wheels and handles.
easyJet's free under-seat bag is larger than Ryanair's or Wizz Air's.

Biggest first.

It should. It has 9 cm to spare on its tightest side, and a stuffed front pocket usually adds 3 to 5 cm, so don't overfill the outside pockets.

easyJet's cabin bag limit is 56 × 45 × 25 cm, up to 15 kg.

Rimowa Essential Cabin, Away Carry-On, Osprey Farpoint 40 and American Tourister Soundbox Spinner 55 are right on the limit, so don't overpack.
